Every business regardless of size or sector has to manage both their onboarding and offboarding processes.

During both of these times there are typically very important tasks you need to ensure are processed in a timely manner from both the new starter and existing employees.

For example you might want the individual that has been recruited to confirm they have read specific policy documents or watched training videos.

The system we have built has an employee details database that can store any information required against an individual employee. This  includes current working status but can be customised to your requirements to include information such as next of kin, birthday, contact details and more.
